I loved the simple lines on this knocker. It has a nice look without being too busy or bland. We have a unique feature in our window and I didn’t want a piece that competed with that but at the same time, wanted a knocker that would complement what’s already there. With our unusually high mail slot, space was limited as well. The size was perfect.It didn’t come with instructions, my husband was pretty good at figuring out what size drill bit to use (wish I could tell you which one he used…it might have been 1/4th?)Wasn’t too excited about how the screw caps on the other side look but would have deducted only half a star for that. It’s not horrible, but wondering if there is another way to cap the bolts that might look better?Well made and nicely weighted
