Looks about the same, right? Yeah, because it only added a little bit of shine to my hair. These images are years ago, but first one is a before, second one is an after. You need to have platinum, bleach blonde hair in order for this hair dye to work and look exactly like in that image. My hair was already bleached and toned to a dark blonde, so it didn't do [mean word] to my hair. Only good thing is it does not damage your hair. The volume is very low, so it's good for fresh bleach blondes who don't want to sacrifice the life of their hair and can just roll with these Japanese hair dyes since they won't damage too much.I like that it doesn't smell as bad as the hair dyes made in the US and also didn't dry my hair out. I have black (not jet black) hair with a dozen white strands and it colored my dark hair to a dark reddish brown but the white hairs remained white after leaving the foam on my hair for 15 minutes as per instructions since I have fine to med thickness hair. You can leave the dye in longer to lighten further but you'll also risk turning your dark hair more red, which I'm not looking for. I was hoping for a more natural dark brown.I always have a hard time getting my hair to be a nice color, but this dye does a nice job of making it lighter without making my hair turn orange which is a problem that asians have when lightening hair. If dyeing from black hair, then it obviously won't turn the light color that is shown on the hair model on the box, but it does get lighter with each time you dye it. It is also nice because this dye doesn't have a ton of left over dye and it doesn't have a strong smell which is a problem I have with american dyes.Since I already dye my hair light brown before, and my root is growing out terribly, the only thing I'm afraid of is that my root will not match my new color, but surprisingly the color did come out pretty good, the product turn my hair to a lighter brown color and shinier, and also my root did match my new color, I LOVE ITTip: if u have black root dye your root first.The milktea color lasts for a week at most on bleached white hair. It kind of had this dull gray anime looking hair and then faded to a brown then back to my blonde. The other Palty haircolors have more staying power.I was looking for a dark brown match to darken red highlights to an even tone. This did the trick. Covers gray well too. Will be using again. I left it on for 45 mins.My girlfriend has light brown hair, so this is the color she prefers when wanting a darker color. It's easy and fun to apply and doesn't require too much time.Ive tried this hair color product to get slightly darker color on my hairs, but it did not work at all. Meh.
