These types of shirts are hard to find the right fit.It is a good fitting shirt. Seems of a decent quality as well. The material is a little thicker than expected.I took the advice of many of tenge other reviews, and ordered the 2XL US. I usually wear XL US because of my arm length and broad shoulders, and swim in the waste area.This shirt in a 2XL US fits like a XL US. It is somewhat slimmer than most XL of similar I have had.As far are the reviews about the forearms being tight, they are slightly tight for me. I do not have a problem with the fit. I work in the construction industry and use my arms and hands a lot. The forearms seems like they will wear well, and hopefully keep someone tight all day as I tend to pull my sleeves up a lot during the day.As far as shrinking reviews I have read, I only wash in cold water and hang dry most of my clothes and don't mind hang drying these shirts. I wash my clothes in this way because of my shoulders and arms build.So far, I think I am going to enjoy this shirt. As long as this one keeps my expectations , I'll be ordering more and will definitely recommend.
