Included in this set is as follows: (1) 8" Cast Iron Cleat, (1) 5" L x 1/4" T Galvanized Cleat Angle, (1) 5" L x 1-1/2" W x 1/4" T Galvanized Washer Plate, (2) 1/2" x 3" Galvanized Carriage Bolts w/ Nut & Washer, and (2) 5/16" x 4" Galvanized Hex Machine Bolt w/ Nut, Washer, & Lock Washer.

I decided to order this kit to avoid trips to the local hardware store. Didn't work. The included 5/16" bolts are not threaded all the way and passing the included bolt through the cleat, angle bracket, deck board, and washer still left about 1" of unthreaded bolt. Had to run to the local hardware store to get proper bolts. Also provided washers are not lock washers. Just standard galvanized washers.
