This is my granddaughter favorite waffle maker.Arms are a little tricky to make, but my baby-baby loves her Olaf waffles. Cleaning the top plate is a little tricky too because of the traditional waffle pattern, the bottom plate is easier to clean. Clean with a soft cloth and it should last a long time.Everyone loves Olaf Waffles.I bought this waffle maker on sale a while back thinking it would be a fun Christmas morning surprise for the kids. My husband side eyed me. Christmas morning came and he reminded me about it. I begrudgingly got it out to make some waffles, it was too early and I hadn’t had my coffee. It was surprisingly easy and my daughter LOVED it. She woke up the next morning saying she wanted more Olaf waffled for breakfast. NowI’m side eyeing me. It’s okay though. I made them in less than 10 minutes, and my daughter is happily eating her Olaf waffles.It was pretty easy to clean and the waffles came out great with no sticking. The trick is just be sloppy with the batter. There’s no reason to stress about keeping it directly in the grooves. It will spill over. It will be okay. Just trim them down after they’re done cooking.i absolutely loved my olaf waffle maker at first until my 3rd time using it one morning it just stopped working on the third waffle i had made. theres no explanation for it either. it just wouldn’t cook the third waffle and completely stopped working. i tried switching outlets and everything.It’s a Christmas gift so I really don’t know anything.It was cute to make the components for Olaf and have the kids put them together. It does take a little finesse to get the teeny little arms out but it is entirely possible as long as you go slowly. This does not rotate or turn upside down, so you have to be quick to get the lid down after pouring.There is some trimming necessary once you get the parts out.Krusteez waffle mix worked perfectly.Came as described, though was obviously a used/refurbished item upon opening (I did not know the listing was for a used product, still haven’t double checked that detail). The iron portion had a brown residue on it, akin to cooked waffle batter in my humble opinion. Or at least that’s the hope. It washed right off and the iron works fine. Very, very simple, unsophisticated product. Gets hot, cooks the waffles, no frills bells or whistles.Die Lieferung hat ca 3 Wochen gedauert. War ja kein Problem. Die Verpackung hat gruselig ausgesehen. Aber gut noch akzeptabel. Der absolute Hammer ist das es nur eine Variante mit 110 Vokt war ohne das es in der Beschreibung erwähnt wurde. Unverschämt fand ich auch noch das ich die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen musste. Darum nur 2 Sterne.Wir haben ihn noch nicht aus probiert aber die Bestellung kam früher als erwartet und meine kleine bekommt es zu Ostern sie freut sich schon ihn aus zu probierenMeine Enkelkinder sind schlechte Esser.Es war schön zu sehen wie das sich sofort ändert wenn ich das Waffeleisen hervorhole.Die Kinder sind begeistert von den Schneemann.Lg.
