Great all around gf baking product.This is the best GF pancake mix that I have tried. I add 1 TBS of tapioca flour, 1 TBS of sugar and 1 TSP of baking Powder for texture and flavor.Gluten free, and handy.The product boxes all busted should have been put in a box not an envelope. I have purchased at store before so the product is good, but amazon shipped it poorly.. I wouldn't buy a beat up box at the store.Use in any recipe that calls for regular bisquick. Have adapted several other recipes to use it. Works best in Cobbler batter.Make great tasting pancakes
