The light blue stripes in the picture appear darker as a stand alone. However, nice quality. It's thick enough for colder weather (outdoors) to stay pretty warm underneath a vest or jacket, if you paired with a nice pair of blue jeans this would really set off the blue. This is thermal so it's very fitting on the body ( stomach area) It runs true to size. Normally wear an XL but lately I have had problems with shirts running too small on the arm, toroso length, and/or shrinking so purchased a XXL and it's too large/ loose. Comfortable so decided to keep and pair with lounge pants. Over all it's a very nice thermal shirt. I recommmend staying true to the mens size for best fit.It’s perfect, sewn well. Fits like it should and is very stretchy while returning to its shape easily. Love the comfort of the waffled fabric, and the color is gorgeous.Good warm shirt. Shirt length is somewhat longer than average but that's better than if it were too short. Shirt launders great with little, if any shrinkage or fading.I did try it on , however I've not worn it yet . But I do expect as with all my other Amazon purchases , to be completely satisfied . The fit was superb , the color matches my eyes , and my girls tell me that I look like a movie star . Yatahey !
