I have a short torso and long legs so things like this usually don't fit. I'm 5ft 4in and about 160 lbs and the M/L fits great. I have thin arms and small shoulders so it would be tight up top if you are broad/busty up top. I have a booty, thick thighs and calves and it fits fine on the bottom. The only shortcoming is that it's not stretchy at all. It's like old school long john material. I'm going to get another one in black.
