You know, in these times of financial travesty, it eases my mind to know I’m not spending an arm and a leg and even a thigh on a more popular, but we pricier brand name of coffee. This stuff has always turn me on because it has a really good flavor and just a punch to it that just does it for me. I’m converted iced coffee man and I can testify that this stuff goes a long way and gives me that sensation. I’m looking for in the morning or even at high noon. I will add that it’s necessary to add some sort of creamer to it and also a natural sweetener if that’s the way you fly… otherwise the only thing I can’t do black coffee… can you dig it? highly recommended I gave her a five out of five..I really liked the Dunkin Cold Brew packs, but it was inconsistent with taste and was getting harder to find, so I tried this.I follow the brewing instructions. I do NOT add the 3 additional cups of water after steeping. It would definitely be too diluted for my personal taste, if anything I add a tad bit of water into the cup but most times the ice melting works just fine.I do not get 4 8 oz cups of coffee from this though, with what I just stated I get 3 cups pretty much before I add anything to it.I will keep buying for now.I love this cold brew! Excellent price & flavor! I do not care for a strong coffee (cold OR hot). I did some trial & error testing over the last month & found the perfect amount of water. 4 cups per packet was just NOT enough, it was WAY too strong for me! My final “perfect” cold brew takes 6 - 16oz bottles of water. A single foil packet makes me nearly a gallon of coffee as you can see from the pictures. This gives me the perfect “morning blend” that I was looking for.From a value standpoint it can’t be beaten. One full box (4 wrapped foil packs) makes 4 gallons of cold brew for me. I was buying Stok cold brew which sells for $6 per 48oz bottle here locally. So let’s do a little math. It would take 2.67 bottles of Stok in order to get a gallon of cold brew. That’s $16.20 per GALLON. I get 4 gallons for $15.99 with this product. It’s a no brainer for me!Receive this as a replacement for my usual, monthly coffee, definitely prefer the premade. But as a back up, this was very tasty and easy to make.Like the individual pods... I use to make iced coffee.. the pod fits into the coffee container nicely... does not require me to fill it using a spoon. I put the pod in, screw into lid. Also don't have grounds getting into the coffee..Excellent value…..great coffee! Thank you!I love this coffee. I put one in my cold brew maker every i it’s empty and it’s easier to clean than using loose coffee. I highly recommend it. It’s easier to to use to make cold brew and it delicious. There are 2 in each package. And I think 2 packages. Well worth it.We have this on auto ship we love it so much! You get 4 packages in a box, 2 bags (like giant tea bags) in eas package. That way you can make the amount you want. We place both bags in a pitcher pour water over then and soak over night, then when we wake up it's ready for pouring, super easy!!! The pitcher last us almost a week depending on if you add ice and how much you pour. It has a good flavor and more on the strong side but you can always dilute with sugar and creamer to liking. It's WAY CHEAPER than going to a coffee shop everyday without giving up the coffee. In fact when we started drinking it and adding flavored cold creamer it tasted very much like the popular pricey premium coffee.I didn't have high hopes for cold brew coffee from what is essentially pre-packed coffee grounds. But this is surprisingly good. I use it with a normal glass pitcher and soak it as per the instructions. What comes out is great tasting cold brew coffee that's strong enough to be diluted as per your liking. The only thing is that the paper packaging is a little flimsy, so you have to be careful when removing the pack from your pitcher otherwise you're going to get coffee grounds in your cold brew. Nothing major though, just wish that the price is friendly for a regular purchase.Never been into coffee except in desserts. Was very curious about cold brew after reading about the health benefits and smoother taste. Boy, am I glad I tried it. Don Francisco's Organic Cold Brew is smooth & flavourful with chocolate & caramel notes. Drunk black with ice and added water it goes down like a treat. Definitely a convert as long as it cold brewed. Now I just have to get used to the caffeine in my system.
