Soil Acidifier Plus Iron Designed to help reduce alkalinity in alkaline soils while supplying trace elements vital to acid loving plants such as Roses, Gardenias, Azaleas, Holly, Rhododendron, Magnolias, fruit trees and vegetables. USE INSTRUCTIONS Make a dilute solution by mixing ferti•lome SOIL ACIDIFIER PLUS IRON with water at a rate of 2 tablespoons per gallon of water. Pour this diluted mixture on the ground over the root feeding area of the plants. Water the soil under the plants before applying mixture. Water the mixture in after applying it. Repeat application at 2-3 week intervals until plants regain normal color and growth. Gardenias, Roses, Azaleas, Camellias, Holly and Rhododendron: For plants 1-3 feet in height apply 1 gallon of mixture and 3-6 feet in height apply 2 gallons of mixture. Magnolia Trees, Wisteria and Evergreens: Apply 1 gallon of mixture for each foot of height. Potted Plants: Dilute 1 teaspoon of ferti•lome SOIL ACIDIFIER PLUS IRON per quart of water and apply 1 cup of mixture per 6 inch pot. Apply less for smaller pot and more for larger pots. Fruit Trees: 1-5 inch trunk diameter: Apply 1-5 gallons of mixture. 6 inch trunk diameter and over: Apply 10-15 gallons of mixture. Lawns & Vegetables: Dilute 1 pint of ferti•lome SOIL ACIDIFIER PLUS IRON in 15 gallons of water and apply to 500 square feet of lawn area or vegetable area. Water lawn and vegetable gardens thoroughly before making applications.
