The directions seemed hard to understand at first. I had to read them several times. I was tired at the time so that may not have helped. But I found that you have to be doing it while reading the directions. My iron wasn't hot enough at first but once I got it hot enough the rhinestone stuck. Looks great on my jacket. I had two stones out of place had to reset them. I am hoping they hold.
