I have had Naomoto gravity feed irons in the past so knew this HYS58 was a good choice for my drapery workroom business. I'm not too happy that this new iron has very little steam output. I did contact the company that it shipped from and talked directly to their technician but was told that the newer models don't put out as much steam. Makes tailoring with wool fabric a bit more work having to mist with water bottle. The other complaints I have is the temperature dial. There is no longer a knob, just an indentation for your finger to turn it up or down. Pretty stiff so I have to use fingers on both hands to turn it.Temperature is very accurate and no scorching or water spewing which is good.I do like the heat shield and the 'in handle' steam button. I do hope for the high price this iron will last for years of use!
