I love this product. It comes in a nice handy little carry box with a heat protectant glove. The best thing about this product to me is that it straightened my natural hair very well on the 450 heat setting. I'm African American BTW. The price was right for me too.Works great heats up quickly and really flat iron my hair great.This set is great! Works great on thick African American hair. I'm natural, I have really thick hair. The mini-flat iron (while I originally thought it would be good for travel) was really too small to be of use for anything except for maybe bangs, or a very young child. The flat iron works great. Usually when she curls her hair, by the time she gets home from school, it's went flat. After using this wand, it looked GREAT, still bouncy/curly and looked healthy and shiny!
