I was in San Diego recently and found this at a local grocery store, gave it a shot based on name only! "Bitches Brew", and the description... smoky, bold, and complex! I swear, I like bolder coffee, this is like a smooth version of Starbucks, without the bitter aftertaste. I usually use BulletProof organic coffee, which I thought was fantastic, until I had this! Absolute fan from DC! Please keep producing this fantastic organic coffee!One of our favorite coffee blends. Highly recommend if you like an aromatic and bold cup of coffee. We brew in a Chemex 8 cup pour over coffee maker. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Arrived with plenty of time to go through before the best by date, not that it’s something I’ll have to worry about. This coffee is delicious!My whole family loves this coffee! Found it in a local supermarket (Gleason’s) and appreciate the ability to purchase a larger volumeI buy the regular packs at my local store and they are my favorite coffee. This package has no flavor at all. Clearly the beans are old. So disappointing.Earlier I wrote a review about Groundworks and the 5 pound bitches brew whole beans we received based on what someone else in the household was telling me as they opened it which was that it was just in a paper sack. I can’t find the other review to change so I’m writing this one to say that it was a foil lined sack which does keep the coffee beans fresher! I was incorrect in my previous review.Absolutely my favorite.
