Didn't come with English instructions, but I found a tutorial on YouTube. Using Tim Hortons coffee, the end result was very smooth as promised. Would have been five stars if they were courteous enough to put English instructions somewhere on or in the packaging, we aren't all fluent in Japanese. No English manual on their website, either.1/2 cup of whole beans, give or take just a little bit, coarsely ground, will be the proper amount to add to the basket. I haven't measured ground coffee yet, will update when known.
