My family and I love the flavor of Cousin T's Buttermilk Pancake Mix, and our old electric waffle maker, no longer worked with being non-stick. So, we looked over the various devises on Amazon, read the comments, and based on various details, we made this purchase. We really like the thick/deep yet fluffy waffle texture, when using this devise with our favorite pancake mix! Waffles come out perfect and delicious!! Also, this waffle makers standup feature fits our needs perfect for taking up less shelf space too! Just heat the devise up, pour the batter in, put the other half down, and flip it over right away, set timer for 4 minutes, like in the video, and then your waffle is ready to go to a plate. As long as you don't over fill with batter, close to a cup is plenty, cleanup is easy with a wet dishcloth.
